who i am and how i work with you
Liz combines her love for knowledge with her passion for property ownership in her dedicated approach to real estate. “Growing up in Jamaica, my family wasn’t able to purchase a home. I became consumed by the dream of home ownership at a young age. That passion still drives me, it’s in my blood. I bought my first home at 27, scared and clueless. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.’
Elizabeth represents buyers and sellers with heart; she believes that nothing is more important than her client's success and happiness. 'It’s about communication, trust, respect and ultimately a great outcome. I treat each client with the attention and importance they deserve.’ Elizabeth moved to The Bahamas in 1994 and is sensitive to the unknowns and insecurities involved with relocating and buying property in The Bahamas. She understands that information and responsible guidance are paramount. ‘Representing clients means so much more than opening a door. It takes a keen eye and knowledge of the industry to create winning combinations. That’s what I bring to the table for every transaction.’ |
To serve her clients more effectively, Liz focuses on communication, building trust, professional development and industry expertise. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and adheres to the NAR Code of Ethics that protects clients, the public and other agents.
Elizabeth publishes real estate content in local and international publications. In her early days in the industry Liz became the only local agent to be featured in the National Association of Realtors, Young Professional Network blog. ``If you want to know more about what drives me, read my heart-wrenching article here, it still makes me blush and it still makes me proud and I’m still totally in agreement with: "Don’t let it be about the money, let it be about being great!"
Elizabeth volunteers in the non-profit sector to help make the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time. She lives in Nassau with her sons and beloved rescue dog Hannah-Belle.
